S. [men] completed. You will pro-ceed at once and report to the Colonel of your Regt. [Regiment] for duty at Phila. [Philadelphia] or if the Regt. [Regiment] has been mustured out of service to the mustering offices in that City By command of Maj. [Major] Gen. [General] Couch To S. T. Souder Capt. [Captain] 2nd Regt. [Regiment] Blue Reserves A.
